Pumpkin Seeds

Flat green kernels that add a satisfying crunch without taking over the plate. A simple finishing ingredient with plenty of uses.

Character

Green, crisp and full of character.

Forms

Shelled kernels or in-shell seeds

Choose with purpose

Match the cut and preparation to your intended use.

At home in the kitchen

Sprinkle shelled kernels over soups, salads or roasted vegetables. Toast gently if the product instructions allow it, then cool before storing. The white outer shell and green kernel are different forms of the same ingredient.

What to look for

Check whether you are buying edible kernels or seeds with their shells. For foodservice, consistent size and a clearly declared roast or seasoning are more useful than an attractive bag alone.

For a wholesale brief
